What Inspired Our Founder in Creating This Year’s Seasonal Menu
This time of year, our inspiration comes directly from nature. We’re celebrating the root vegetables that truly shine in the cooler months ; vibrant beetroot, earthy pumpkin, and the wonderfully versatile butternut squash (both technically fruits, as they grow from the flower and contain seeds).
These ingredients bring warmth, depth, and colour to our autumn and winter dishes, perfectly complementing the signature spices we love to use at CERU.

New Dishes on the Seasonal Menu
Radicchio, Orange & Celeriac with shallots, toasted almonds, pomegranate and soft herbs. Fresh and also suitable for vegan.
Roasted Loin of Cod marinated in fresh oregano, extra virgin olive oil and Aleppo pepper.
Spice Roasted Butternut Squash served with beetroot puree, fresh mint and toasted hazelnuts.
Baharat Spice Roasted Pumpkin with preserved lemon tahini dressing and sesame snap.
Beef Tartare: our own twist on a classic - finely chopped raw fillet of beef, zhug, capers and preserved lemon.
