Embracing Autumn with Nourishing, Colourful Plates for the Season Ahead
As the golden leaves begin to fall and the crisp air of autumn arrives, our bodies naturally start preparing for the colder months ahead.
Just like nature, we too begin to slow down, adjust, and get ready for the "hibernation season." This transition makes it the perfect time to focus on healthy, nourishing foods that not only bring warmth and comfort but also boost immunity and energy.
At CERU Restaurants, we always cook with the seasons, ensuring that each dish is packed with flavour, nutrition and the health benefits of fresh ingredients and vibrant spices.
At our restaurants is all about eating colourfully. When your plate looks colourful, you know you’re getting a wide variety of nutrients that help strengthen the immune system and energise our bodies.
Only few to mention from our menu;
Fennel & Orange Salad with a refreshing citrus dressing ; a burst of vitamin C for immunity.
Baby Aubergines ; rich in antioxidants and healthy fats.
Tenderstem Broccoli (who doesn’t like it?…) with Tahini Dressing ; full of fibre, vitamins and plant-based goodness!
A mostly variety of nuts ; almonds, walnuts and pistachios for healthy fats, protein and brain health.
Believe or not in our kitchen chefs use over 100 ingredients and 30 different spices. Our focus is always on a heathy side, brining you the best ingedients source from local markets. Autumn is also the start of game season, and we are delighted that our customers also enjoy the best of this season.

And of course, our signature favourite, we ofer hear THE BEST LAMB IN THE CITY! ; Slow-roasted Lamb Shoulder ; melt-in-the-mouth, rich in protein, paired with 12 different secret spices and cooked for 5 hours. Correct, we do cook this delicious signature dish for long 5 hours.
Preparing Our Bodies for Winter
As the days shorten and temperatures drop, our bodies naturally begin to conserve energy and crave richer, warming foods. By focusing on seasonal produce, colourful vegetables, and spice-infused dishes, we can support our immune systems, improve digestion, and maintain energy levels through the colder months.
At CERU Restaurants , we believe that healthy eating should be joyful, vibrant and full of flavour not only in Autumn but also whole year around.
As autumn surrounds us with colour and change, let nature’s rhythm guide us toward vibrant, healthy choices that nourish both body and soul.

We’re excited to share that our founder Barry Hilton together with our chefs, has created in house homemade gluten-free pita bread.
