Born from Travel, Built on Passion

Founded by Patricia and Barry Hilton, CERU is inspired by years of travel through the Levant region, including Lebanon, Cyprus, Turkey, and Israel. Their mission? To capture the essence of Levantine hospitality and flavour, and share it with Londoners in a relaxed, modern setting.

A Menu Made for Sharing

At CERU, food is meant to be shared — just as it is throughout the Levant. Our dishes are fresh, vibrant, and packed with herbs, citrus, and spices. Some of our most-loved plates include:

  • Slow-roasted lamb shoulder with a 12-spice marinade

  • Spiced roasted cauliflower with pomegranate and tahini

  • Bright, zesty salads, chargrilled seafood, and creamy house-made dips

Mostly Gluten-Free, Always Inclusive

We’re proud to say that over 90% of our menu is naturally gluten-free — all except our warm, fluffy pita bread. Whether you’re gluten-sensitive or coeliac, you’ll find an abundance of flavour-packed options that fit your needs.
